Angela Woodman, PMHNP-BC, is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care across the lifespan. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients. Angela has worked in a wide range of psychiatric settings, including high-acuity inpatient stabilization and treatment, outpatient mental health care, esketamine therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and substance use disorder treatment. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and works collaboratively with patients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, substance use concerns, and other mental health challenges.
Angela believes that effective mental health treatment begins with genuine connection, trust, and understanding. She combines thoughtful medication management with supportive, evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their care. Her collaborative style allows patients to actively participate in creating treatment plans that align with their personal goals, values, and vision for recovery.
Known for her warm and approachable demeanor, Angela prioritizes taking the time to truly listen and understand the unique experiences and challenges each client faces. She is passionate about helping individuals build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is developing long-term therapeutic relationships and witnessing her patients grow, heal, and thrive over time.
Angela earned her degrees from Arizona State University and Regis College. Outside of her professional practice, she enjoys reading, gardening, spending time in nature, and making memories with her family.
