Nicole Clay
Family Support Clinical Program Lead
Hi, my name is Nicole Clay. With over 20 years of experience in social services and behavioral health, I have built a strong and enduring commitment to supporting youth and families. Sincebeginning my work in 2003, I have served in a wide range of roles—including direct care, case management, referral management, advocacy, and leadership.
As a licensed foster parent who adopted a youth who is now thriving as a 23yearold adult, I bring both professional expertise and meaningful lived experience that deepen my empathy and connection with those I serve.
My passion for working with youth has guided my involvement in transitional and independent living programs, where I focus on empowering young people toward self-sufficiency. I am skilled in referral management, ensuring individuals are connected to appropriate services efficiently through strong provider partnerships. My work with the Guardian ad Litem office further strengthened my advocacy skills and my ability to navigate complex systems on behalf of vulnerable youth and families.
Known for my collaborative approach, I have built a strong network of community providers through consistent partnership and engagement. I bring a strengths-based perspective that emphasizes accountability, growth, and individualized care. My adaptability across multiple
roles-highlights my leadership, communication, and problemsolving abilities.
