Lazarica Ashley

Family Support Clinical Program Lead

Lazarica Ashley is a Licensed Associate Counselor who is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive space for healing.

She understands that reaching out for help takes courage, and she meets every client with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Her intention is to ensure that each person feels seen, heard, and safe from the moment they begin their therapeutic journey.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, identity exploration, and major life transitions. She blends evidence-based practices with a gentle, person-centered approach, helping clients build practical coping skills while
exploring the deeper patterns that shape their experiences.

Her work is grounded in person-centered therapy, trauma informed care, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
She believes therapy is a shared journey—one where clients do not have to figure things out alone. I invite individuals to bring all parts of themselves into the room, knowing that growth happens through connection, honesty, and support.

She is passionate about helping people strengthen their boundaries, trust themselves more fully, and step into lives that feel authentic and empowering.
Whether someone is beginning therapy for the first time or returning with new goals, Lazarica is committed to walking alongside them with warmth, encouragement, and genuine care.
